Social Accountability Monitoring (SAM) is a monitoring methodology developed at the Public Service Accountability Monitor in South Africa. The WVZ GBV Case Management was adapted for timely tracking of service provision to GBV survivors till case closure. It offers service providers a platform to timely collaborate in service provision and allows for identification of gaps within the service delivery process.
